- Two models of shower heads currently listed have ABS plastic casings, while their water channels are made of forged copper. The main bodies and water channels of all other products are basically made of forged 59-copper. Most of our products are high-quality with premium materials. For any inquiries, please contact customer service.
- During the promotion period of smart toilets, if after-sales issues occur within one year and the on-site repair by the factory’s after-sales technicians fails to resolve the problem after three attempts, the smart toilet seat will be directly replaced with a new one. (A notice will be issued when the promotion period ends.)
- We provide free replacement for products damaged during logistics. All customers are requested to inspect the goods before signing for delivery. In case of damage, please contact customer service immediately and provide photos, videos, etc.
- We offer paid nationwide installation services. If you need us to arrange an installer, please contact customer service and provide your address, phone number, and installation requirements. We will send you a screenshot of the platform’s fee list for reimbursement based on actual expenses.
- Products are shipped from Chaozhou, Foshan, Kaiping, and other cities in Guangdong.
- We provide excellent services. Our products are either self-manufactured or carefully selected high-quality products. Especially in case of after-sales issues, time will prove the quality of our services. Please do not compare our products with low-end products from Zhejiang, Fujian, or Henan in terms of quality and price. After all, as a factory, “you get what you pay for” is the fundamental principle.
