- Two specific shower models currently listed feature ABS plastic casings with brass water channels. All other products are mainly made of forged 59 brass for both the main body and water channels, representing high-quality, premium-material products. If you have any questions about the materials, please contact customer service.
- During the promotion period of smart toilets, if any after-sales issues arise within one year and the factory’s maintenance team fails to resolve the problem after three on-site visits, we will directly replace the smart toilet seat (a notice will be issued when the promotion period ends).
- We provide free replacement for products damaged during logistics. All customers are requested to inspect the goods before signing for delivery. In case of damage, please contact customer service immediately and provide relevant photos and videos as evidence.
- We offer paid nationwide installation services. If you need us to arrange an installer, please contact customer service with your address, phone number, and installation requirements. We will provide a screenshot of the platform’s cost list for full reimbursement based on actual expenses.
- Products are shipped from Chaozhou, Foshan, Kaiping, etc., in Guangdong Province.
- We provide excellent service, and all products are either self-manufactured or carefully selected high-quality items. Especially in terms of after-sales service, time will prove our commitment.
